How Prom Night Works

Prom season (March – May) is our busiest time. We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle.

Tell us your pickup address, photo location, dinner restaurant, prom venue, and after-prom destination. We build the full itinerary.

Photo stop

Your chauffeur arrives 15-30 minutes early so the group can take photos with the vehicle before heading out.

Dinner & prom

Your chauffeur drops you off at dinner, waits or returns at your scheduled time, then takes you to the prom venue.

Safe ride home

After prom (or after-prom), your chauffeur delivers everyone safely to their homes. No parent pickup logistics needed.

FAQ's for Prom Limo & Party Service

How far in advance should I book a prom limo?

We recommend booking 4-6 weeks before prom night. Popular dates in April and May fill up fast, especially for party buses and stretch limousines. The earlier you book, the better your vehicle selection.

Can parents ride along in the limo?

Our prom packages are designed for the students, but parents are welcome to ride along for the photo stop portion. After that, the chauffeur takes over for the rest of the evening.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

There is no minimum age. However, all prom bookings must be made by a parent or guardian who is 21 or older. The parent/guardian is the primary contact for the reservation.

What happens if prom runs late?

We build flexibility into every prom booking. If the event runs past your scheduled time, your chauffeur stays with you. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at a reasonable rate.

Can we play our own music?

Absolutely. All of our vehicles have Bluetooth and auxiliary connections. Create your playlist ahead of time and your chauffeur will have it ready when you board.

Do you allow decorations inside the vehicle?

Tasteful decorations are welcome — balloons, streamers, and banners are fine. We ask that nothing is taped, glued, or pinned to the interior. No confetti or glitter please.
