As the Concierge & Client Relations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for VIP clients, corporate accounts, and event planners. Your role is to curate a flawless experience from booking to drop-off, handling special requests, coordinating high-end itineraries, and ensuring luxury service at every touchpoint.
2+ years in luxury hospitality, VIP client management, or concierge services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with CRM software and booking systems.
Professional, polished demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
