Wedding packages: 4-8 hours, includes ceremony + reception transportation, photo stops, and decorations
Prom packages: 4-6 hours, includes pickup, photo stop, dinner, venue, and safe ride home
Corporate packages: Monthly billing, volume discounts, and preferred chauffeur assignment

No. All tolls and fuel are included in your quoted price. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Is gratuity included in the rate?

Yes, a standard gratuity is included in all quoted rates. Additional tips are always appreciated but never expected.

Do you offer discounts for recurring corporate bookings?

Yes. Corporate accounts receive volume-based pricing, monthly billing, and priority scheduling. Contact us to set up a corporate account.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. See our terms for full details.

Do prices increase during holidays or peak season?

Peak season surcharges may apply during major holidays, prom season, and large Atlanta events (Super Bowl, Masters, major conventions). We always disclose any surcharges before you confirm your booking.
