Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services of Sahou Lux Business Services LLC (“Sahou Lux,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Sahou Lux Business Services LLC provides luxury limousine and private car transportation services in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area and surrounding regions. Services include airport transfers, corporate transportation, special event transportation, and chauffeur services.

2. Reservations and Bookings

All reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized booking channels. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email or SMS from Sahou Lux. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking or as specified in your reservation confirmation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved corporate accounts. All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to reservations@sahoull.com or by calling (404) 595-7064.

5. Wait Time and Additional Charges

Complimentary wait time is provided for airport pickups (60 minutes for domestic flights, 90 minutes for international flights). Additional wait time is billed at the applicable hourly rate. Tolls, parking fees, and other incidental charges are the responsibility of the client.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Sahou Lux Business Services LLC. These messages may include:

• Booking confirmations and receipts
• Ride reminders and schedule updates
• Driver dispatch and arrival notifications
• Follow-up messages and review requests
• Promotional offers (with your consent)

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS messaging from Sahou Lux Business Services LLC.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Sahou Lux Business Services LLC is solely responsible for the content of all SMS messages sent through our program.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Sahou Lux reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if passengers engage in illegal activities, cause damage to the vehicle, or behave in a manner that endangers the safety of the chauffeur or other passengers. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by their party.

8. Liability Limitations

Sahou Lux shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property left in our vehicles.

9. Insurance

Sahou Lux maintains all required commercial transportation insurance coverage as mandated by the State of Georgia and applicable regulations.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Sahou Lux Business Services LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
